Fairway

For account access, privacy, safety, gameplay, or App Store questions, email Fairway Draft support. Include your Fairway @ handle and a short description of the problem, but never send your password.

Account Access

Use “Forgot password” on the Fairway sign-in screen to request a secure reset link. If you no longer have access to the account email, contact support and include your @ handle.

Account Deletion

When signed in, open Profile → Settings → More → Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address associated with the account and request account deletion.

Reporting and Blocking

In the app, open Profile → Settings → More → Reporting and Blocking. You can report an exact Fairway handle, block direct interactions, review blocked profiles, or unblock someone. For an urgent safety concern, email support directly.

• Your Fairway @ handle and device model
• The tournament or lobby involved, if applicable
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead
• A screenshot that does not expose passwords or other sensitive information
